Devour Downtown Indianapolis Winterfest Slated for January

More than four dozen downtown Indianapolis restaurants plan to offer special $30 fixed price menus as part of Devour Downtown Winterfest, scheduled for Jan. 9 through Jan. 22.

The popular twice-annual event will give some of downtown's top restaurants including St. Elmo, Barcelona Tapas, Capital Grille, Ruth's Chris, Palomino and Weber Grill a chance to work out the kinks before the city hosts Super Bowl XLVI on Feb. 5. At least 10 of the restaurants also plan to offer a fixed-price lunch menu.

Devour Downtown Winterfest: Indianapolis Restaurant Week

Devour Downtown is back for its winter season and will be chasing away those cold, wintry blues by spicing up Indianapolis' culinary scene. Hoosiers and visitors alike have the opportunity to dine at the city's most talked about restaurants and savor special Winterfest menus featuring delicious three-course meals for only $30 per person. Among the most popular choices: St. Elmo Steak House, Capital Grille, Fogo de Chao and Oceanaire.  Several restaurants, including Barcelona Tapas and Scotty's Brewhouse, are offering two-for-$30 specials. The even runs Jan. 24 through Feb. 5. Participating restaurants span downtown Indianapolis from the Wholesale District to Mass Ave to Fountain Square, offering guests incredible dining values while showcasing specialty dishes and highlighting popular items from their menus. Get Ready for the 2010 Brickyard 400

Popular Brew-Ha-Ha Microbrew Festival coming soon to Downtown Indianapolis

Enjoy samples of 50 varieties of beer at the 15th annual Brew-Ha-Ha downtown on June 26. The event, a benefit for the Phoenix Theatre, will be held from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the 700 block of North Park Avenue. Advance sale tickets are available for $20, and tickets at the door will be $25. Non-drinking designated drivers can join the fun for $10. Food and live music also will be available.
