More than four dozen downtown Indianapolis restaurants plan to offer special $30 fixed price menus as part of Devour Downtown Winterfest, scheduled for Jan. 9 through Jan. 22.
The popular twice-annual event will give some of downtown's top restaurants including St. Elmo, Barcelona Tapas, Capital Grille, Ruth's Chris, Palomino and Weber Grill a chance to work out the kinks before the city hosts Super Bowl XLVI on Feb. 5. At least 10 of the restaurants also plan to offer a fixed-price lunch menu.
